500+ Subscribers Q&A!

I just got home from my last final exam of college! Now I just need to wait for my grades to come out, and then I’ll be graduating in a week!

It’s exciting to be done with college, but that’s not the focus of this post. As I mentioned in my April Wrap-Up last week, I reached over 500 subscribers here on Page Chronicles!

Let’s Get Personal

I’m so, so grateful – it means so much to me that I have so many people reading my posts even though I’ve only been blogging for a few months! After thinking about it, I realized that a lot of you don’t know much about me since I haven’t had time to post many tags or respond to “facts about me” blog award nominations. I’m therefore doing a 500+ subscriber Q&A! Feel free to ask questions in the comments of this post by Wednesday, May 11th, and I’ll answer them in my next Thursday Thoughts post!

On another note, please don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any feedback for Page Chronicles, such as areas where I can improve! I have more time now since I’m done with college, so I can commit more time to this blog. I’d also love to know if you have any requests for posts! Do you want me to post more tags and blog award nominations? Have more discussion posts (Thursday Thoughts) or book reviews? Start writing tips for college or finding a job after college? Let me know!

Thank You <3

I want to give a huge thank you to each and every one of my subscribers and readers – you’ve all made the book blogging community incredible, and I’ve completely fallen in love with book blogging. I look forward to answering all of your questions! 😀

Congratulations!! I’m really happy for you and my question is: If you could be any magical creature which one would you be and why?
Another one! Name an event that changed your life or something about yourself

Congratulations on finishing your last exam, I have my last one in 2 weeks 🙂
Also congratulations on over 500 followers, I would love to know who your favourite bloggers are, perhaps booktubes that inspired you to finally start blogging?

Looking forward to your Q+A Post!

Thank you so much! Good luck on your finals!

That’s actually a really apt question because I started blogging after watching a BookTuber! I’m looking forward to answering your question more in-depth. 🙂

Congratulations on two big accomplishments: finishing college and achieving 500 subs! I’m going to add myself to your list of groupies, too. 🙂

  4. Kourtni @ Kourtni Reads

Congratulations both on finishing college and on reaching 500 followers! Here’s a couple of questions for you: What has been your favorite part of book blogging? Is there anything about book blogging that didn’t meet expectations you had when you started out?

  5. Vive Les Books

Congrats again Jorelene! Much deserved 🙂
Hypothetically speaking, you can only read one book for the rest of your life, what book will it be and why?

  6. Lauren @ Wonderless Reviews

Congrats on both the followers and college, Jorelene 😀 I can’t believe you’ve only been blogging for a few months! Your blog and posts are all really professional! I thought you’d been doing this for ages.

As someone else who’s only been blogging for a few months, I’d love to hear any tips you have about starting out and being a new-ish blogger!

    1. Jorelene @ Page Chronicles

Aww, thank you so much, Lauren! That means so much to me! 🙂

I’ll do my best to give some good tips – haha, I’m still pretty new at this myself, so I hope I’ll be able to still give some good insight!

    Whoa! Such achievements, Jorelene!

Question for you, if you could create a dessert inspired by a book, what would it be? Another one, since you’re awesome. What would your Patronus be?

    1. Jorelene @ Page Chronicles

Aww, thank you so much, Kellie! I love your blog as well! 🙂

Haha, there are quite a few pet peeves in books that I have! I’ll need to narrow them down and pick the things that bother me the most. Thanks for asking that question – it’ll give me something to think about!

Congrats!! 🙂 If you have one hour of free time, do you rather read or browse books on the interwebz? (this might have an obvious answer to it from you, but I often find myself cover whoring while I could also just read :-$)

Congratulations on graduating and reaching 500 followers! If there’s anyone who deserves it, that’s you! 🙂 My question is… *drum roll* How have you been able to juggle college work, reading, writing reviews, and consistently blogging? (I really do admire you for this! I wouldn’t be able to do it myself)

Oh my goodness! First of all, congratulations on both accomplishments! Second of all, you’ll miss college. Just wait. I graduated in 2006 and not a day goes by that I don’t miss it in some way! Third of all, how long did it take you get your 500 subscribers?

To start, congrats on completing your final exams. I know that you have dominated them. I’m also loving the new layout. Now in terms of a question mine is going to be very random, like me haha.
So, who would win in a battle: Ninjas or Pirates? Why?

    1. Jorelene @ Page Chronicles

Thank you so much, Lois! Haha, I actually just got my grades back, and I did do pretty well! Your support means so much to me! 🙂 <3

I'm so glad you love my new blog layout! I finally splurged on a custom theme, and I spent such a long time customizing it further. I absolutely adore it myself.

Haha, great question – I’ll need to formulate my thoughts properly. Thanks for asking it, Lois! 🙂

  12. thebibliotheque

Oh my! CONGRATS <3 That's a huge and well deserved milestone 😀

Okay so, KISS MARRY KILL with fictional characters. But the twist is, I'll let you surprise us instead of giving you 3 choices 🙂

I’m really surprised you’ve only been blogging for a few months. I thought it was more like years. What an accomplishment in such a short amount of time. I love your posts! I was thinking about doing a Q&A, too. Great idea! Here’s my question: What have you learned since you started blogging that you would recommend to fellow bloggers? For example, I learned the every day memes are not what’s expected of me as a blogger, and I’ve since deviated from them. I can’t wait to read your post!

      1. rantandraveaboutbooks

Thanks! Maybe I’ll do one for my 3 month blog anniversary. This Saturday marks my two month. I still can’t believe it’s only been 2 months for me. It’s gone by so fast. I can’t wait to see your answer!
